To whom it may concern

It is with great pleasure that we are able to give testimony to the work of Ian Begaud of Realistic Property.

Buying an investment property is a task not to be taken lightly. It is  possibly one of the most important decision you will ever need to make and as such can be quite daunting.

Finding an agent that firstly listens to and understands your individual position and, at the same time one that you can trust is always a concern.

Ian has shown to us that he ‘fits the bill' perfectly guiding us all the way and indeed over delivering on services.

Ian's professionalism and knowledge made the tas so much easier and nothing was a problem.

So if you are in the market for an investment propertywe certainly have no hesitation in recommending the sevices of Ian Begaud and encourage everyone to "Go Ballisitc - Go Realistic!"

We had little time available to search for an investment property. Attempts to engage real estate companies to do some leg work for us resulted in little action and were a total waste of time. The experience we had with Ian was in total contrast. Ian was responsive to our phone calls and emails, he was flexible around our schedule, he personally showed us a selection of properties which met the purchasing criteria we had discussed and he acted with integrity when were negotiating contracts and at settlement. The benefit for us was that within one month of contacting Ian we had a contract on a property and within three months we had settled the deal. We have no hesitation recommending Ian to our colleagues and friends wishing to purchase an investment property.

Captain Martin and Jo DeBanks

Dear Ian

captain_martin__jo_debanks_april_13_2006We were recommended to Realistic Property and wanted a house and land in a good area with various criteria. That was sourced by you, a builder was suggested with suitable plans etc All nice and easy.

A month or so later we decided to do the same thing and another block was sourced and we decided to use the same builder.

Since then both houses have been completed, and rented out to good tenants. During construction we were kept advised of progress of both the houses and the growth of the area on the Gold Coast. Progress photos were also sent regularly.

Because of our position as both Captain and Personal Chef of a large, private yacht which travels constantly around the World we must rely on others to look after our various interests.

I have been extremely pleased with your service and the properties on the Gold Coast, they have been the least amount of hassle in my Portfolio that’s for sure……

Hopefully, we can repeat the process in the near future, dependent on the global financial position

Sincerely

michelle_gary_thorsby1cHi Ian

Gary and I would like to thank you for your time and effort in finding us the right two investment properties,we did not feel pressured at all and what would normally be a stressful time was enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble when we asked to see something else.
We thank you for your company and professional advice. So much appreciated.
To top off a long day you took us for a lovely afternoon tea, neither of us would have any hesitation in telling our friends or recommending you in the future.

Kind regards

Hi Ian,

Just wanted to say a big thank you again for all your help in finding our first investment property.

We had a tenant move in soon after the keys were handed over, so now we can sit back and stress less, and hope that the value increases soon so that we can start again

Dear Ian,

Paul and I would just like to say a big "THANK YOU" for all your help over the past few months, guiding us through our first step into the property market.

We really appreciate all you have done for us, from the positive phone calls to fitting us in at the last minute, showing us around your sunny state, and all the while juggling our family commitments with your professional timetable - nothing seemed a bother to you and we are grateful for all your planning to accomodate us.

We are looking forward to watching our property being built and seeking your guidance for our next acquisition some time soon.

KInd regards

Paul and Kylie Curtis - Singleton NSW.
